WordLinx is a good place to start. You earn a % of referral earnings down to 10 levels! Some of the ad payouts are higher than others, because you need to view these ads for longer than those with smaller payouts.
ClixSense is another good PTC site. You can have up to 8 levels of referrals on this site.
